1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

• The product received is defective.

• An incorrect item was delivered.

• The item received is significantly different from the order placed.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Clear photographs of the issue must be provided.

• An uncut opening video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

2. Mandatory Uncut Opening Video

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, an uncut opening video is required for all return, replacement, refund, or missing-item requests.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening.

• The shipping label and order details.

• The complete unboxing process from start to finish without any cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.

• The condition of the product and the issue being reported.

Claims submitted without an uncut opening video will not be eligible for return, replacement, refund, or exchange.

3. Quality Inspection

Every product sold by Larreah undergoes a thorough quality inspection before packaging and dispatch to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship, finish, quality, and durability.

As all items are carefully inspected before shipment, any claim regarding manufacturing defects, damage, incorrect products, or missing items must be supported by the required uncut opening video and supporting evidence.

Larreah reserves the right to reject claims that cannot be properly verified.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Earrings and pierced jewellery.

• Used or worn products.

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or improper care.

• Products showing signs of wear and tear after use.

• Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items unless received damaged or incorrect.

• Change-of-mind purchases.

5. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us with in Instagram or Watsapp:

• Order number.

• Customer name.

• Clear photographs of the product.

• Mandatory uncut opening video.

• Description of the issue.

Our team will review the request and respond within 1–3 business days.

6. Refunds

At Larreah, every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch.

Refunds will only be considered for verified cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products that meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for:

• Damaged products.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
